The Front Office Manager supervises the work of the receptionists, concierge, reservation and other service personnel like bell captain, bellboy and doorman, in fact everyone at the front of the hotel. While the Bellboy assists the guests with the baggage to check in to the room, the Bell Captain supervises the work of bell boys and trains them.
